First call from a Debbie requesting callback. Never a mention of company calling and had to play back 3 times to get the number because she spoke so fast. My husband called spoke with a Maria. It became apparent she had the wrong person and I took the call. Told her she had wrong person and the account in question had been paid in full. She wouldn't listen. Became VERY rude to me and then she hung up on me when I was rude back! I called back, and Maria said she was giving me a "time out"! Again would not listen when I told her I have a cnx chk showing acct pd and hung up on me again. Called PGE and they said the acct is pd in full. Absolutely no
excuse for there
rudeness and
bad behavior on phone.

they most likely purchased an old debt for about 10 bucks are will harrass and intimidate till you do something, wait to get a summons , make sure to answer summons and have your day in court, it takes almost 6 months to get a case to court, cant imagine an attorney wanting to go to all the fuss if amount is small
